Shipping Policy

COVID-19: Please note while Covid restrictions are in place, deliveries could encounter unexpected delays.  Please use the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email to track the progress of your parcel.

HOLIDAY PERIODS: Please note when approaching holidays the delivery time is likely to be increased especially customs handling in the destination country for international orders.

Charges for delivery will be calculated by our online ordering platform and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.

Applicable delivery charges will depend upon various factors including the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the items in your order.

UAE Standard Delivery

The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time within which delivery is usually completed to destinations in the UAE mainland is as follows: UAE postcodes outside the mainland.

International Delivery

We currently deliver to Europe, America and most international destinations via the standard checkout process.  Delivery aim for UAE is between 1-2 weeks.  Delivery aims for other destinations will be shown at checkout.  These figures are indicative only.

For destinations outside the UAE, you will be responsible for the payment of any customs duties or import taxes due.  This includes Europe as some of our products are manufactured outside the UAE.

Additional Information

The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

If you place your order on a non-working day or after 1pm GMT/BST on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next working day.

Our online ordering platform may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatch takes place, which may delay your delivery. We will notify you if delivery has been delayed due to these checks.

Returns and Exchanges

When you receive your items, you must check them as soon as possible following receipt and and always before use. Any visible damage or defects should be reported immediately and in the case of damage, all packaging must be retained as this may be required for inspection by the delivery company.
